Vico AGM and Christmas Party

This year's annual Christmas Party / AGM will be held at Scott's house (VICO VP and treasurer) at 1554 San Juan Ave!
RSVP : If possible let me know if you plan to attend so that we have an idea about numbers.
FOOD : Please bring some kind of food or beverage if you are able - nibblies and hot drinks will be provided!
LOCATION : 1554 San Juan Ave - long driveway just before the crosswalk and entrance to Majestic Park if you are coming off Shelbourne. (see map below)
PARKING :
1. Park anywhere you can on San Juan Ave and walk up the panhandle driveway
2. or you can park at Majestic Park and cross the field
3. Or park behind on Robinwood and cut up the path.
AGENDA :
We'll have good company to discuss the year's events with, and possibly a few orienteering style indoor games to play. Meet the club officials and possibly volunteer to help out. We are always looking for good people to help manage and grow the club!
