Enjoy the return of spring with another exciting opportunity to orienteer! This event will take place at Layritz Park/ Camosun Interurban Campus. Layritz Park and the adjoining areas of Camosun and the Pacific Sports Institute offer a unique blend of urban as well as some wilderness orienteering opportunities. Here is hoping we will have great weather.
Courses:
- Beginner - about 2.3km, 9 controls - easy control flag locations on trails or large identifiable features.
- Intermediate - about 3.2km, 15 controls - mix of controls on and off trail, includes route options.
Start Location: The Map Pick-Up/Start Location will be at the southeast corner of the parking lot between the Vancouver Tech Park and the Layritz Ball Diamonds. See map below.
Time: Map Pick-Up/Registration Open at 12:30 pm. Starts will be able to commence at 1 pm.
Parking: Parking is free on Sundays in the parking lot rows closest to the ball field near the Start Location. You can also park on the east side access to Layritz Park from the Glyn Street entrance. If you park here, it is a short stroll (less than 5 min) to get to the Start Location.

Course Closure: All courses will close by 3:30 pm.
Cost: $15 per adult, $5 per junior (under 19 yrs). For those participating in teams of two or more, $5 per additional team member. Cost includes rental of Sport Ident stick
