Finally Spring is here, and with it, Orienteering! We have prepared a classic Urban/Forest course through Royal Roads University.
Courses
There will be two course options:
#1 - Beginner - Short Course - Approx 2 km - 9 controls, mainly on-trails or easy to find landmarks.
#2 - Intermediate - Long Course Approx 4 km - 12 controls, mix of on and off-trail locations.
What to Bring :
Clothes suitable for running in light forest trails. Good trail running shoes are recommended. Gaiters if you have them might save your shins.
Cost/Registration:
$5 for Junior participants, $15 for Adults. SI chip rental is included for this event, but feel free to bring your own SI if you have one. Registration, waiver and payment are all done in one location using our Zone4 system using the following registration link : Royal Roads Orienteering Event | Zone4 Online Registration Registration will CLOSE at midnight 26 April 2025.

Start Time:
Check-in: 12pm-1pm
Starts: 12:30-1:00pm
Course Closure: 3pm. Please return to the Start/Finish area before course closure so event staff can begin course cleanup.
