Family Orienteering presented by CRD Parks

CRD Parks will once again be putting on a Family Orienteering Day at Beaver Lake Park. Aimed at beginners and families - Bring your family, learn to Orienteer.
COURSE DESCRIPTION : A beginner course suitable for kids, adults and anyone new to Orienteering.
WHEN : April 26th 1-3pm
WHERE : BEAVER LAKE PARK - Main parking lot - follow the signs to the start location.
WHAT TO BRING : Warm clothes and shoes suitable for trail running or walking. A compass is not required but you could definitely bring one to practise with.
PERKS: We may have hot chocolate or other hot beverages for after you complete the race!
AND ONE MORE THING : We will have a draw for a mystery prize, simply complete the course to enter the contest!
